1: Consultation
In the consultation phase, you'll have a one-on-one meeting with Pablo to share your vision and budget for your new home. Together, you'll discuss preliminary plans and agree on an initial budget. Following this meeting, Pablo will draft a proposal to ensure the project direction aligns with your financial parameters and overall vision.
2: Conceptualization/Schematic Design
During this phase, you'll collaborate with Pablo and an architect to brainstorm and develop ideas, transforming your vision into a tangible plan that fits the chosen site. This collaborative effort ensures that your desires and the site's possibilities are harmoniously integrated.
3: Designing Your Dream Home
This phase involves detailed planning and designing of your home. You'll work closely with your team to refine every aspect of the design, ensuring it meets your standards and expectations.
4: Finalization of Pricing and Specifications
In this stage, you'll finalize all project details, including prices and engineering specifications. You'll establish interior elevations and create detailed plans for city submission. This phase concludes with determining the final project price for the construction contract, setting the stage for permitting.
5: Permitting and Loan Approval
With finalized plans, you'll move on to obtaining the necessary permits and securing loan approval. This phase ensures all legal and financial aspects are in order before construction begins.
6: Construction
During construction, you'll receive a schedule with monthly updates on the build's progress, timeline, and budget. A dedicated team, including Pablo, a project manager, and a project coordinator, will oversee the project. You'll have the opportunity to meet on-site every few weeks to walk through the project with your team, witnessing your dream home come to life. Throughout this process, you'll select and approve fixtures and finishes weekly, making sure the final touches reflect your personal style.
